The cool part in all this is that it's 4 days already. The technician came yesterday, checked it and said that it's from their side.
Then the call support called me to check if it's fixed because the same technician said it's case closed.

I told them about your case and shufen's case too , but they said

Hey thanks for helping. I reported it but the morons just closed my case because they think they fixed my problem but my DSL light is bliking T_T.
This is really annoying seriously. The surprising thing is that we have the fantastic infrastructure but useless people running behind it.
